RFI 2026 and residence certificate

Dear Sirs,

Could you be so kind and fill this document (RFI21) requested by the Portuguese Fiscal Authority for avoidance of double taxation, regarding payment fees to your company.

When sent it back, please send also your Fiscal Residence Certificate.

Payments made to foreign entities may be subject to withholding tax of 25%. To avoid this Withholding tax (and prevent Double Taxation), we need to have these two elements in our possession.
