Can't adjust audio balance

I can't adjust audio balance on my bluetooth earbuds. When i move left side it also moves the right one. They seem to be locked together. It's very annoying since i can't adjust it for my ears. Why does that happen?

    I understand, well, if your wired headset works properly, there are no problems with the system, but the bluetooth drivers or the bluetooth headset itself, what model is your laptop brand?

    Go to the manufacturer's website and look for driver updates, BIOS, Chipset, bluetooth...

    If even updating the drivers doesn't solve it, it will be necessary to test with another bluetooth device, because the problem may be in the headset.

    It only happens on those bluetooth earbuds. My wired headset works completely fine. I can't test other bluetooth headphones since those are the only one i've got.

    Test another headset, connected by cable and also by bluetooth, see if the same problem happens.

    We need to know if this issue only involves this bluetooth headset.

    If it's happening with every headset, it's probably a driver issue, try installing Realtek driver, go to:

    I have tried everything you said here, but none worked. This video shows what i exactly meant https://youtu.be/x7wfErS4S-4 as the video shows, I can't change the volume of one side. I'm not the first person to experience this problem. I've seen more people having problems like this.

    -Let Windows reinstall all generic sound drivers:

    Windows +X, Device Manager, under Sound Controllers, right click on all drivers, Uninstall. Under Audio Inputs and Outputs, right click on all Drivers, Uninstall. Restart the PC.

    -Solve problems with bluetooth:

    With the device connected, let's try troubleshooting:

    Windows+i> Update and security> troubleshooting> additional troubleshooting> bluetooth> run solution.

    See if it solves the problem.
