Ivan B 125.1K Reputatiepunten Onafhankelijke adviseur2025-10-16T13:02:53.7466667+00:00 Hi ,
This is the problem because the machine is being identified as a commercial machine.
Disconnect the work account and anything related there. Then, you'll have to restart the PC and check for updates, even optional ones.
Then, open the command prompt (admin) and run the command: cmd /c ClipESUConsumer.exe -evaluateEligibility
Thanks

Ronnie Serrarens 0 Reputatiepunten2025-10-27T16:22:06.4766667+00:00 Briljant!! Ivan B THX! De laatste stap cmd ...etc was bij mij niet eens nodig! Weraccount verwijderen en opnieuw opstarten was voldoende! Mijn probleem is hiermee opgelost.
