Gets a black screen when i connect to Windows remote desktop (remote desktop connection)

I cannot open anything or do anything in there so far as i know, i was able to get access to the management console and turned off all VMs and the host, but didn't work.* What i did before this happened was that i wanted to do a backup of my windows…
