1. Update Dungeons II: Please ensure that your copy of Dungeons II is up-to-date and there are no pending updates. You should be able to confirm this is the pending updates section of your console or within the Microsoft Store app for PC purchases.
2. Check your Connection: Confirm that you have a strong and stable internet connection. Also try resetting your router and checking within Dungeons II for your content again.
3. Reset your Login: If your Minecraft Profile is linked to a Microsoft Account, follow the steps here to ensure you've signed out everywhere and wait 24 hours for the process to complete: How to sign out of your Microsoft account everywhere | Microsoft Support. After you've signed out and waited, or if your account is not linked to a Microsoft Account, sign back into your account and check for the content. If you're unsure how to sign back in, you can follow the steps listed here for your preferred platform: Reset Your Microsoft Account Sign-in in Minecraft.
4. Confirm your Login: Check to be sure that you're logged into the correct account where Dungeons II was purchased or the account where the game code was redeemed.
5. Repeat email review steps: We recommend monitoring your email addresses and searching all folders that may have this messaging from your point of purchase.
