Hello @순용 서
Based on the information provided, this appears to be an issue with an Azure Support Plan subscription that is in an inactive state but may still have billing or payment authorization attempts associated with it.
Recommended** **Resolution:
- Verify whether the support plan is visible under Cost****Management**+Billing or SupportPlans** in the Azure portal.
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- Navigate to Cost** **Management+Billing.
- Select All****BillingSubscriptions or Support** **Plans.
- Check whether the Developer Support Plan is listed and whether there is an option to cancel or switch to the free Basic plan
- If the support plan is inactive and the Cancel option is unavailable:
- Raise a Billing** Support **Request under your Azure subscription (not the support plan subscription).
- Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is available without requiring a paid support plan
- In the support request, include:
- Support Subscription ID: XXXXXXXXXXX
- Current Status: Unknown** / **Inactive
- Screenshots showing:
- Cancel option disabled
- Support subscription not appearing in the support request list
- Payment retry notifications received
- Confirmation that the purchase was accidental and that you have never intended to use the plan.
- Request the Billing Team to:
- Permanently cancel the Azure Developer Support Plan.
- Stop all future payment authorization attempts.
- Remove any recurring billing associated with the support plan.
- Review any pending charges and confirm that no future invoices will be generated.
Request that the Billing Team permanently cancel the support plan, disable any future renewals or payment retries, and confirm that no further charges will be processed.
Regards,
