Hello, This is a follow-up to my previous post regarding my hacked Microsoft account.
Subject: [Urgent] Request for License Transfer following Confirmed Unauthorized Access (SIR23550706)
■ SUMMARY OF THE CASE Microsoft has already officially investigated my case (Service Request: SIR23550706) and confirmed that unauthorized access occurred on April 4, 2026. Despite this formal acknowledgement of the hack, Microsoft continues to refuse the restoration of my account or the transfer of my legitimate licenses.
■ IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE PROVIDED
Microsoft Store Order #3467511961: Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe Collection (Sept 4, 2025).
App Store Order ID: MSBYBSN35G: Minecraft iOS (April 20, 2022).
Security Logs from Microsoft: Confirming that my email was replaced by ******@thatonsko.com and ******@outlook.com.
- Hacker's IP Recorded: 222.233.92.179 (As documented in Microsoft’s own security alert).
■ MY POSITION & QUESTIONS I am no longer requesting a complex account recovery. I am strictly demanding a transfer of my Minecraft license to my current verified account.
Microsoft possesses the order numbers, exact payment dates, and clear logs of the unauthorized breach. It is unacceptable that a global technology leader cannot—or will not—protect a verified purchase when all evidence is in hand.
This is not about the cost of the game. This is about trust and accountability. If a confirmed victim is forced to repurchase products due to Microsoft's rigid internal policies, why should any consumer trust your ecosystem with future purchases?
Why would any user feel safe knowing that a single, confirmed hacking incident can result in the permanent loss of their digital assets with no recourse?
■ REQUESTED ACTION I request a human agent to review this case manually. I expect either a restoration of my license or a clear, logical explanation as to why Microsoft refuses to honor a verified purchase.
Sincerely,
Hyunhak Lee
