왜 시간이 자꾸 바뀌는 거죠?

"자동으로 표준 시간대 설정"을 키거나, "레지스트리"에서 편집을 시도하거나, CMOS 배터리를 교체해 보았지만, 작동하지 않았어요! 그냥 차라리 "동기화" 버튼 누르는 것 없이 완전히 시간을 정상적으로 되돌릴 수 있는 방법이 없나요? 도와주세요!!!

I tried pressing "Set time zone automatically", or editing on "Registry", replacing the CMOS battery...but it didn't work! Isn't there a way to completely revert time to normal without just hitting the "Sync" button? Help!!!

By the way, when my dad said, “Do you know that shop where I can buy that thing?”, I was surprised, and I told him, “Don’t ever say that place when you ask that, because it might get bad results!”, because looks like he's VERY angry! He will think that place will be VERY far away...

It will work, because the time being wrong in BIOS indicates you need to buy a new battery.
