family safety でオーガナイザーのメールアドレスがわからない

If you don't know the email address of the parent account or the member, you can try finding their email address by logging in to your account here: https://outlook.live.com/

Once you are on this Outlook webmail page, click on the "Your family" tab below the inbox. Then click the "Your family" again. Then click on the name of the member to view the email address so you'll know who owns the parent account.

I have attached a screenshot for reference. Though it is on English language but that should be the one you need to click.

family safetyのセットアップを行ったのがあなたで（実際には成人）あれば、オーガナイザーのメールアドレスは分かっているでしょう。忘れたというぐらい前の話ならメールの受信トレイを探せば、familyグループへの招待メール（オーガナイザーから送信）が見つかるかも知れませんが。

あなたが実際に法的に保護者の庇護の元にあるのであれば、family safetyから保護者の同意なしに脱退することは出来ません。Familyを離れることによるデメリットの方が多い（保護者から課金のチャージを受けたり、Microsoft 365 Familyの使用権の共有を受けたり、安全でないWebへのアクセスを防いでくれるなどの利点を捨てることになります）ので考え直してください。
