Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355)のインストールに失敗します。

Windows updateからKB2919355を選んでインストールしようとしても、エラーcode 80073712が出てインストールできません。

このエラーコードのヘルプを参照し、指示に従って再度updateを試みましたが、失敗します。

このヘルプには、以下のように記載されています。

If you receive Windows Update error 0x80073712 or 80073712, it means that a file needed by Windows Update is damaged or missing. Windows has troubleshooting tools that can help you address this problem. Try one of these methods to resolve the problem.

Method 1: Run the Windows Update troubleshooter

?Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, then open Windows Update and try to install the update again.

Method 2: Run the DISM tool

1.Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.

(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)

2.Enter command prompt in the search box.

3.In the list of results, swipe down on or right-click Command Prompt, and then tap or click Run as administrator.

4.In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the Enter key after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

5.To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

6.Run Windows Update again.

Method 3: Refresh your PC

If you continue to see this error, you might be able to search for help from other people who use Windows at the Microsoft Community website.

上記のMethod 1を試しましたが、改善しませんでした。

Method 2を試しましたが、DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealthは完了したのですが、DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealthは

完了せずにエラーが出ました。

このエラーコードは以下になります。

Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.

Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location,

上記のような状況ですが、どのようにすればWindows 8.1 updateがインストールできるのでしょうか？

マイクロソフトコミュニティをご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。

KB2919355 がインストールできず、 DISM コマンドなどを試しても上手くいかない状況なのですね。。

こちらについて何か情報がないかと調べてみたところ、英語のコミュニティに参考になりそうなコメントが見つかりました。

・**Windows 8.1 Update 1 Failing to Install with errors 80070020, 80073712 and 0x800f081f**(英語のため、必要に応じて Bing Translator を活用ください。)

このスレッドの 17 ページの中ほどにある mrbill666 さんのコメントの方法を試すとアップデートができるようになったという投稿が複数ありました。

手順を以下に書きます。

※事前に「復元ポイント」を作成したり、必要なデータのバックアップを行うことをおすすめします。

(※5/1 追記 http://blogs.technet.com/b/cs3_windows/archive/2014/04/23/w81u.aspx に手順が画像つきでまとめられています。)

1. Windows キー + X キーから [コマンドプロンプト (管理者)] をクリック。または、検索チャームからコマンドプロンプトを検索し、右クリック - [管理者として実行] をクリックします。

以下のコマンドを入力し、Enter キーを押します。

64 ビット OS 用

dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.14

32 ビット OS 用

dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.3.1.14

RT 8.1 用

dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~arm~~6.3.1.14

続いて以下のコマンドを入力し、Enter キーを押します。

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

上記作業が終わったら、ダウンロードセンターから KB2919355 をダウンロードしインストールを試してみてください。うまくいけばよいのですが。。

試した結果など返信お待ちしています。

※モデレーター注 : 4/18 32 ビット OS 用、 RT 8.1 用のコマンドを追記しました。

お世話になります。

関連の UpDate を単独でインストールしてみると、以下のようになりました。

KB2919442 → 2014/03/15 に Windows Updat が自動インストール済み。

～ 2014/04/20 まで Windows Updat は問題なくその他 Updat を自動インストール。

～ 2014/04/20 に KB2919355 自動インストールがエラーとなる。

～ 2014/04/21 に以下を手動で単独インストール、

KB2919355 → 開始して数分後にエラーとなる。

KB2932046 → 開始して数分後にエラーとなる。

KB2959977 → 問題なくインストールできる。

KB2937592 → 問題なくインストールできる。

KB2938439 → 問題なくインストールできる。

KB2934018 → 問題なくインストールできる。

以上が結果です。

時間が取れれば別のＨＤにクリーンインストールをするのですが、

各種設定が大変です・・・・

どうもです。

まあ、最悪でもリフレッシュすればまずは解決するので、その点は安心なんですけどね。

原因がはっきりしないと、また同じような目に遭うかも、という不安は残ります…(^^ゞ。

リフレッシュ→ソフトをインストール→エラー再発→リフレッシュ、みたいな無限ループに陥ったことはないんですが、いつか起こりそうで怖いです（笑）。

どうもです。

私の環境ではtempファイルを移動させたりはしてないんですよね。

AppDataフォルダはCドライブにあり、tempファイルはすべてその中にありました。

だからおそらくはWin7環境からコピーされたtempファイルに問題があったのかな、と思っています。

通常の動作には支障がなくても、アップデート時のチェックには引っかかることがあるということなんでしょう。

まあ、リフレッシュでシステムがクリーンになってより安定したから良い、と思うことにします（笑）。
