peut-on mètre un clavier QUERTY sur un microsoft surface pro 7 français

Hello isabelle,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

I have two understandings of the question you raised:

1. Are you asking if there are still keyboard covers compatible with the QÜERTY layout of Surface Pro 7 available for sale?
2. Are you asking whether QÜERTY layout input methods can be used on Surface Pro 7?

I attempted to conduct some investigations into these two understandings respectively. However, the answer might disappoint you.

Regarding the first understanding, when the Surface Pro 7 was released in France, a keyboard cover product compatible with French should have been released along with it, possibly using the AZERTY layout. However, there is no keyboard cover product with a QÜERTY layout.

Regarding the second understanding, in fact, in the current Windows Settings, only Azerbaijani (Latin) input method supports the QÜERTY layout. The input methods laid out by QWERTY almost cover the entire world.
