Hello,
We are a Spanish company that purchases Microsoft licences directly from Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. We need the Certificate of Tax Residence of MIOL for tax year 2026, issued by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, to apply the Spain–Ireland Double Taxation Treaty before the Spanish tax authorities (AEAT).
Please note this is not a withholding tax credit request, as no withholding has been applied.
