FileType selected not supported by this app

Hi Amro Abra,

I tried this and it is still producing the message of "FileType selected not supported by this app" when I try to add the file via the desktop app or the web. I also tried to save a new copy of the file and it still produced the message. There is already an excel file as another tab in this team so not sure why it is not working now...

From the replies here I think it's a Genral issue for Teams.

The show when I select a file trying to show it with any app in Teams Group. It can be reproduced.

Also having the same issue, I cannot upload a file as a new tab in Teams anymore. Any suggestions how to fix it?

This seems to be an issue from MS Teams, my tabs worked perfectly until last week. But now they are not.

Have tried the trouble shooting above but still nothing at all.

I am also having the same issue. This seems like this is on Microsoft's end. Seems like the issue is across the board for multiple companies.
