Based on the selected region in the image, you are looking at the answer submission box on Microsoft Learn Q&A (://microsoft.com).

Here is what the interface highlights:

    • Accepted vs. Recommended: The text explains that the original author of a question can mark a reply as "Accepted" if it solves their issue, while community moderators can mark high-quality posts as "Recommended".

    • Formatting Toolbar: The text editor includes standard formatting options like text size, bold, italics, code snippet insertion, strikethrough, blockquotes, hyperlinks, and image uploads.

    • Placeholder Text: The text box currently contains the default placeholder text: "Use answers to provide solutions to the user's question."

If you are having trouble interacting with this page, let me know:

    • Are you trying to type a solution but the box is locked?

    • Are you getting an error message when clicking "Post answer"?

    • Do you need help formatting a code snippet or adding links?

Tell me what you're trying to achieve, and I can guide you through it!

    Hi @Samantha Evans

This error usually means the recipient’s mail server could not verify that the sending server was authorized by the domain’s SPF record.

Are you sending from a personal Outlook.com/Hotmail account, or from a work/business email address using a custom domain? Also, please share the exact bounce-back error code or message, with any personal information removed.

If it is a custom domain, the domain administrator will need to check that the SPF DNS record includes the service currently sending the email. Avoid creating multiple SPF records, as this can also cause validation failures.

    Thank you for your time
