I have two accounts under one email, forgot password to second account

As the title says, I have two microsoft accounts under the same email somehow, and the second account has purchases that the first does not, and now I have forgotten the password to the second account and can't log in to it. What do I do to fix this? Can I merge the two accounts?

    Hi Kyle,

    Microsoft do not provide us with any method to merge two Microsoft accounts.

    If you have forgotten the password to the second Microsoft account try using the steps on this link to reset the password on that Microsoft account.
