I got a false suspension on XBOX for my gamerpic. for the SECOND TIME

Hello, my custom profile picture was automatically flagged and removed, resulting in an account restriction. The image is completely benign and family-friendly—it is simply a photo/meme of a cat eating Ruffles potato chips in front of the Teletubbies house. It does not contain any inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content, nor does it violate Xbox Community Standards. Please review the image manually and consider lifting the enforcement and restoring my picture permissions. Thank you. Also I think its the same guy spam reporting me, he has like two XBOX account, please someone help me!

I can understand your concern, especially if you feel the gamerpic was appropriate. Because account enforcement decisions are handled by the Xbox enforcement system, they cannot be reviewed or reversed through Microsoft Q&A. Please check your enforcement history while signed in to your Xbox account. If the suspension is eligible, you should see an option to appeal or request a case review.

If there is no appeal option, unfortunately there isn't a way for the community to manually override the suspension.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Hi Sonicboylinden,

If you're suspended again, review the action in your Xbox Enforcement history. If it's eligible, you'll see an option to Submit an appeal for the Xbox Safety team to review it.

I would also recommend using a different gamerpic that clearly meets the Community Standards to reduce the chance of another enforcement action.

Dude... There is nothing wrong with his image, just like there is nothing wrong with my image, the problem is that y'all have an automated system that can EASILY be abused... I just reported my old account, aerialmercury, which was using a default halo gamer picture, in less then 30 minutes, the pic was changed to what looked like a soldier with a desert colored helmet...

This is the problem with using non-human interactions

This is currently happening to me as well, my profile image which I have been using for SEVERAL months, is constantly getting flagged now, and it's an image that was rated GA by the platform it was created on... It passes Xboxs custom profile image every time I upload it, yet someone keeps spam reporting my profile and getting it taken down... It's starting to irritate me as even the support guy I spoke to said he couldn't see anything wrong with the image 1000118673
