Two Step Authentication Removal Without Gmail Account Verification

Every time I try to sign into Bing on another device, it needs me to do a two-step authentication. It keeps asking me to use a code that is sent to a Gmail account that I don't own and never linked to my Microsoft account. How can I sever all connections with this account, because every time I go into Security or Privacy, it says I need to code to get it, and I can't just use my password. I've even tried to get a account recovery code, but it still says I need my email. I can't access the Bing app or Microsoft Edge either.
