Dear Microsoft Team,

We are submitting an official request regarding our tax compliance requirements in Indonesia.

In connection with payments made for Azure services, we require the following documents issued under the name of the selling entity, Microsoft Regional Sales Pte Ltd:

  1. The Certificate of Residence (COR) for the tax year 2026.
  2. The DGT Form which must be completed and signed by an authorized official from Microsoft Regional Sales Pte Ltd.
