Microsoft Apps for Business - billed to my personal email and unable to locate my subscription

I need to cancel my Microsoft 365 apps for business subscription, which has one license and is billed to my business billing profile. The emails and billing notification go to my personal email, but microsoft says my business email / username cannot be found. I cannot access the Microsoft 365 admin centre for this Apps for business subscription or reach a live agent. When I try to sign in with the email associated with billing - it tells me I have an expired subscription and does not list my Apps for business subscription. I have called the numbers listed as contact support options and they do not help / connect me to a live agent. Need help asap - to locate the subscription using my billing information, etc. and cancel the subscription so that I am no longer charged.
