To better understand your situation, what do you mean by reactivating your account? Is your Microsoft account closed, or has your Microsoft 365 subscription simply expired?

Microsoft 365 Basic includes 100 GB of cloud storage, an ad-free Outlook.com experience, and additional security features. However, it does not include the desktop versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Please note that subscribing to Microsoft 365 Basic will not reactivate a permanently closed Microsoft account.

You can't use a 365 Basic subscription to activate the Office apps on your PC, if that is what you are asking.

You'll need at least a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription if you want to install apps locally on a computer.

Alternatively, if you want something cheaper, you can get Office Home 2024 or Office Home & Business 2024; these are one-time purchase licenses. Note that each license is for one computer (PC or Mac) and one user. No OneDrive storage or mobile access is included. Out of these two, only Home & Business includes classic Outlook.
