My husbands account was hacked so bad the hacker deleted all of his info so using windows sign on help is not an option

I have to use my Microsoft account to get anywhere because my husbands account was SO compromised that they deleted all of his information including his recovery account so we cannot use the Microsoft help page to recover his account. It says that it does not even recognize his username anymore. We had 20 years of pictures on his account that are probably now lost forever, we also lost our home to a fire in April of this year and lost everything so I am just PRAYING that someone can connect us to a real human that can actually help us. The support options that they offer DO NOT help us in any way due to how the hacker has taken over his account. We cannot get anywhere through the online Microsoft support options. WE PAY for a subscription to Microsoft for game pass and several other things like Microsoft 365 so I am quite frustrated that we cannot use these services and speak to a human. PLEASE HELP!!
