    Hello,

Try this please, and verify if the issue persists after a restart.

    1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
    2. Go to Network & internet → Advanced network settings.
    3. Under More settings, select Network reset.
    4. Click Reset now and select Yes to confirm.
    5. Restart your PC when prompted.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

    Try these checks in order:

    1. Check for a Windows update first Some Office sign-in issues that report no internet access were fixed by a Windows update. Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates, install all available updates, and restart the PC.
    2. If using a wired Ethernet connection, test Wi-Fi A known cause is an incompatible network card driver or the IPv4 Checksum Offload feature on wired LAN connections. This issue can show No Internet Access on Ethernet while Wi-Fi works.
      • If possible, connect by Wi-Fi and try signing in again.
      • If Wi-Fi works, update the network card driver.
    3. Update the network card driver Use Windows Update first. If no driver update appears there, get the latest driver from the network card manufacturer’s support/download site.
    4. If the problem is only on Ethernet, disable IPv4 Checksum Offload This can be a temporary workaround.
      • Open Control Panel
      • Open View network connections
      • Right-click the network adapter and select Properties > Configure
      • Open the Advanced tab
      • Select IPv4 Checksum Offload and set it to Disable
      • Select OK
    5. Remove extra Office/work-school sign-in entries If more than one account is signed in on the device, sign out of all Office apps. Then go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and remove extra work or school accounts. Next, open Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials and delete Office-related entries. Restart the PC, open Word or Excel, and sign in again with the correct account.
    6. If this is a work or school account, check access requirements Access can be blocked if:
      • the device is not connected to the organization network
      • two-factor authentication is required but not completed
      • the device is not domain joined
      • the device is not trusted
    7. For Outlook specifically, make sure Office can connect to the internet If the Allow Office to connect to the Internet option is unavailable, it can be controlled by the UseOnlineContent registry setting or Group Policy. If the setting is managed under policy, an administrator must change it.

If the issue is only in Outlook on Mac, also verify Outlook > Work Offline is not selected and confirm the Exchange account settings are correct.
