Your proposed setup should generally work. A Microsoft 365 Personal subscription can be installed on multiple devices and used while signed in on up to five devices at the same time, so using it on a home all-in-one computer, an iPhone, and an iPad is supported.

You can also use your Gmail address to create a personal Microsoft account and use that account to purchase, activate, and sign in to Microsoft 365 on all three devices. Please note that the Gmail address would serve as the sign-in name for the Microsoft account; the Google and Microsoft accounts would still remain separate services.

Microsoft 365 Personal includes OneDrive cloud storage. Google Drive is a separate storage service, so could you clarify whether you want Google Drive to be the default location for all Office files, or whether you are comfortable using the included OneDrive storage?

Also, could you confirm:

• Does the home all-in-one computer run Windows or macOS?
• By English and Chinese writing, do you mean that you need both keyboard input languages, or that you also want the Microsoft 365 interface displayed in a particular language?
