Distorted picture when I open them in Email

When I send an email with a picture, the picture shows up distorted. Sometimes looks like it was cut in half.20261007_085941

    Can you tell me how did you send this image via email, would this be pasted on the email body itself or as an attachment(if attachment I need to know the file type and size of the image).
