    Hi!

Where did you check your email storage? Tell me exactly how you did it.

You said, "WE CAN STILL RECEIVE EMAILS FINE..." Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Are you using a corporate email account, or are you part of a corporation?

Is your email from your custom domain (@yourname.com, @companyname.com), Microsoft (@outlook.com or @hotmail.com), Google (@gmail.com), or a third-party domain?

Since storage, Junk Email, and Deleted Items were already checked, focus on the Outlook.com mailbox settings that can hide or redirect mail:

    1. In Outlook.com, check the Other tab.
    2. Check Filter > Sort > Date to make sure messages are not just appearing out of order.
    3. Check whether email forwarding is enabled.
    4. Review email rules to make sure nothing is moving or deleting incoming mail.
    5. If specific senders are affected, ask them whether they received a non-delivery report.
    6. If the account password was changed recently, update it. Also check whether the account was temporarily blocked because of unusual sign-in activity.

If mail still does not appear anywhere in Outlook.com after those checks, use Outlook.com support from the web interface:

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
    2. Select Help on the menu bar.
    3. Enter the query.
    4. Scroll to Still need help? and select Yes.

When contacting support, provide the approximate start time of the issue and examples of affected senders.
