This is Emily. I have been using my hotmail account for more than 2 years and suddenly yesterday it has been blocked by microsoft. I tried to recover, however recovery has also been blocked. That email is really important for me and it is a work email. I request you to unblock my email and let me know the reason of block .

Sorry to hear you're hear you're having trouble.
However, I'm afraid that no one here nor anyone at Support would be able to help with account recovery. My recommendation though would be to read how to use the Sign In Helper via this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/microsoft-account-sign-in-helper to try and recover it.
