    Hello manish vyas,

I’m sorry you’re unable to find your previously saved spreadsheets. To help narrow this down, could you clarify:

    • Were they saved on your computer or in OneDrive, and where are you looking for them now?
    • Is the Microsoft account you mentioned newly created, or the same account you used previously? Please don’t share the email address.

If they were saved in OneDrive, sign in to OneDrive online with the account originally used and search for a spreadsheet by name. If it is missing, check Recycle bin. Microsoft’s missing-file guidance explains these checks.

Your clarification will help us focus on the right location rather than suggest unrelated Office changes.

Previously stored Excel sheets are often not missing from Excel itself. Excel shows recent files, but the files are usually stored either on the device or in OneDrive.

    Try these checks:

    1. Confirm the correct Microsoft account is signed in. Files may be under a different Microsoft account than the one currently being used.
    2. Check OneDrive online directly. Look in these areas:
      • My files
      • Recycle bin
      • Shared
      • Photos
      • Personal Vault
    3. If the files were saved only on the PC and not in OneDrive, open Excel and go to File > Open and browse to the folder where the files were originally saved.
    4. If Excel is showing a subscription or access problem, refresh the Office sign-in:
      • In Excel, go to File > Account > Update License
      • Sign in again
    5. If the files still do not appear, check whether Office is updated:
      • File > Account > Update Options > Update Now

For Microsoft account help, use Sign-in helper. If technical support is needed, use Contact Microsoft Support.

Do not post personal information such as phone numbers in public support forums.
