Changing the default mouse cursor in the idle state doesn't work
Changing the default mouse cursor in the idle state doesn't work. No other methods help. The other cursors change, but in the idle state it doesn't work and looks like it does in Windows 95.

How do i change my windows border colors
How do I change my window border colors? I just set this machine up last week and selected a navy blue theme and wish I hadn't. I have since tried changing the theme and it isn't helping. I can't see what windows are what without hovering over them.
