Company developer account: employment verification pending since Oct 24, support links not working

Hi, I opened a free company developer account on storedeveloper.microsoft.com on October 24, 2026 for Gamsa (Korean business registration 731-31-02028). Email and business verification are done. Employment verification is still showing "under review" after more than 9 business days.

For employment I uploaded the domain registration certificate for usespiritlevel.com from our registrar. The registrant is Chanho Chung, who is the representative listed on our business registration certificate, and I am the CTO using an address on that domain.

I tried to open a ticket, but "Get support" and "Create support case (MSA)" both send me to Engage Center, which never loads for a Microsoft account without a tenant. The Partner Center help form has no workspace to select.

Could someone check the status, or tell me if a different document is needed? Thanks.
