    Hi,

It seems that you previously cancelled your subscription, but you are still being charged.

Please note that this is a user-to-user public forum, so we cannot access your account or check your billing information.

Here's what you can do: Sign in to your account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Check whether the subscription is still listed there.

If you cannot find it, it may be associated with a different Microsoft account. Try to recall any other Microsoft accounts you may have used in the past and check those as well.

Also, check with any family members who may have used your payment card, as the charges could be associated with a subscription under their Microsoft accounts.

If you cannot find it at all, it’s possible that your credit card has been compromised. In this case, you should contact your bank immediately to open a dispute ticket, request an investigation, and, if necessary, have your card blocked and replaced to prevent further unauthorized charges.

If you can find it, is it the same subscription you previously cancelled?
