To whom it may concern,

My Microsoft account shows one active subscription and order / month but my bank statement shows two identical Microsoft charges on the same day for the months of July, August and Oct. this year. I would like to resolve this and get a refund for those double charges. I have taken pictures of these double charges.

Thank you, Linda Best

    Hi,

This is a public community forum, and no one here can access your Microsoft account or billing system. Since a refund request requires personal information that should not be shared here, please follow the steps below to connect with Microsoft Support directly through a private live chat.

It is recommended that you contact Microsoft support during business hours, when more agents may be available. Sometimes, it can be difficult to reach a live agent because many customers are contacting support at the same time. In such cases, I suggest trying again later.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
