Account recovery

Hello i'm unable to log back into my laptop, because since i've updated the BIOs it wants me to set up a new PIN for which i need the email that i used to sign up into the laptop for. The problem is that I've only used this email to set up my laptops and i don't have access to it anymore. I've filled a recovery account form and it said contacting me could take up to 24 hours which has already passed. Is there anything i can do?
