Unknown Reoccuring charge to my credit card - Invoices start with G

I have been trying to figure out for months why I am getting charged every month around the 20th for $14.05. I have tried the Investigate a charge process - nothing found, for any of our microsoft accounts.

I have logged into all of our Xbox accounts (really the only service we would ever buy anything for Microsoft from) and see no open subscriptions to anything.

I finally got through to a nice woman from Ohio that asked me if I had an invocie # or anything to refrence from teh charges. She was smart enough to notice all the invoices numbers were a business charge:

I do not have a business account and I am not getting any sort of Microsoft services that would require me to pay for it. I want these stopped and possible refunded!
You would think I would be able to call up the support department, tell them my name and other info needed to verify me,a dn then tell tehm this credit card is getting charged this amount each month. Here's the number in the transaction details on my credit card. Can you see what is going on? I have literally been trying to deal with this fo rmonths now. It is difficult to deal with thsi stuff when you have a job that requires your time to be billable.

Please help with this issue ASAP!
