Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing with Microsoft 365, is there a problem using the apps, if so, what error is indicated, please provide a screenshot of any error indicated.

Or if this is a subscription problem, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If not, go to the Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

Sign in to Microsoft Support with the personal Microsoft account linked to your Microsoft 365 subscription, then request live chat for subscription support.

Open Microsoft Support.
Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
Select Microsoft 365 → Get home support.
Enter billing or Chat with an agent, then press Enter.
Select Contact Support.
Choose:
- Products and services: Microsoft 365 and Office
- Category: Manage my subscription
Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser. If offered, you can instead request a callback. ^1^

Microsoft’s official contact page confirms that account, billing, installation, and activation requests are routed through Get help, which can provide chat or another appropriate support option. ^2^
