I have a Microsoft 365 Family subscription order number from Microsoft. How can I find out if the subscription I purchased is still active?

    Hi,

The keycode is typically valid for 1 year if you redeemed it.

The bank payments are made either yearly or monthly.

    Manage my Microsoft 365 subscription

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/where-can-i-manage-my-microsoft-365-subscription

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft subscriptions page at account.microsoft.com/services, using the Microsoft account you used to purchase Microsoft 365. Sign in
    2. Find your Microsoft 365 subscription
      • If you see options like Manage, Cancel, or Change payment, your subscription is billed by Microsoft.
      • If management options are limited or missing, your subscription may be managed by a third party.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you good luck!

Sign in to Microsoft Services & subscriptions with the personal Microsoft account used for the purchase; an active Microsoft 365 Family plan will appear at the top with its next billing or expiration date.

    Confirm the subscription status

    1. Open https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy Microsoft 365 Family.
    3. Locate Microsoft 365 Family:
      • Next charge and a recurring-arrow symbol mean recurring billing is enabled.
      • Expires on [date] means the subscription remains active until that date but will not renew automatically.
      • Options such as Manage, Cancel, or Change payment indicate that Microsoft manages the subscription.[^1^](https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/subscriptions/[Subscription ID] "What happens when your Microsoft 365 subscription expires | Microsoft Support")

Microsoft confirms that an active Family or Personal subscription should appear at the top of this page.^2^

Match the order number to the correct account

If the subscription is missing, verify that the signed-in account owns the order:

    1. Open https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.
    2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.
    3. Under Refine, choose the purchase’s date range.
    4. Open Order details and compare its order number with the number in the confirmation email.
    5. Check the order status:
      • Completed or Redeemed means the purchase was posted.
      • In progress means it has not yet been posted to the payment method.^3^

If the order is absent, sign out and repeat these checks with any other personal Microsoft account that might have been used during checkout. An order number by itself is not a product key and cannot be redeemed as one.

If the order exists but the subscription does not

Contact Microsoft Accounts and Billing Support at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/:

    1. Sign in with the account displaying the order.
    2. Enter Chat with an agent or Billing.
    3. Select Contact support.
    4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Manage my subscription.
    5. Provide the order number privately to the support agent so the purchase and account association can be reviewed.^4^

Do not post the order number publicly; billing details can only be checked by Microsoft Support after account verification.
