    Welcome Per Stenaa,

*Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.*Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're having trouble signing in. I understand how frustrating this can be. Error Code 1067 usually points to a problem with the sign-in information saved on the device rather than with the account itself.

I can guide you more accurately, could you please confirm:

    • Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account (for example @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com or your own email address), or a work or school account provided by an organization?
    • Where does the error appear: when signing in to Windows, the OneDrive app, an Office app (Word, Outlook, etc.), or a web browser?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

Step 1 – Test sign-in in a private browser window Open Microsoft Edge, press "Ctrl + Shift + N" to open an "InPrivate" window, then go to https://account.microsoft.com and sign in. If this works, your account is fine and the problem is limited to the app or device

Step 2 – Check the date and time Go to Settings > Time & language > Date & time. Turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically, then click Sync now. An incorrect clock can cause sign-in failures

Step 3 – Remove saved Microsoft credentials

    • Press Windows key, type Credential Manager and open it
    • Select Windows Credentials
    • Under Generic Credentials, expand each entry that mentions MicrosoftAccount, OneDrive or MicrosoftOffice and click Remove
    • Restart the PC and try signing in again

Step 4 – Try another network If you use a VPN, proxy or security software that filters web traffic, temporarily disable it, or try another network such as a mobile hotspot. Then sign in again.

    Looking forward to your update.
