    Hello

Welcome to the Microsoft Outlook Community

Good afternoon, @Marin Ivanov . I understand the difficulty in regaining access to your account. Because ownership verification is performed by Microsoft Systems, we are unable to recover or change the account directly through the Community.

If you were unable to complete the recovery normally, I recommend using the Microsoft Sign-in Wizard first. If necessary, you can direct yourself to the recovery form:

    https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper

When filling out the form, provide as much account-related information as possible. Microsoft recommends that the analysis and result be sent to the email address provided in the form, usually within 24 hours.

If the account is blocked or suspended, the procedure is different and the specific reactivation form indicated by Microsoft must be used.

     Account Reinstatement Form

To access dedicated support and speak with an agent:

Access this link Contact – Microsoft Support

Briefly describe your issue in the search box

Scroll to the bottom of the page -> select Login to contact support

Sign in to another available personal Microsoft account.

Under Products & Services, select "Other Products"; under Categories, select "Manage Account Security" and click Confirm.

Click "Chat with a support agent in your browser" (office hours only)

I hope these guidelines help guide your application. If possible, come back to report the outcome. Your feedback can also help other community members who are going through a similar situation.

    Hello

It sounds like your account might have been hacked and taken over.

I am so sorry this happened. Please fill out the Recover My Account form: https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount

Instruction for each field can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/manage/guidance-notes-for-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form

Contact email: Use an email address you currently have access to. This is where Microsoft can contact you regarding your request.

Response time: A response may take around 5 business days, although this is not guaranteed. Please save this to your safe sender: [email protected]

Date of birth: Pay close attention to the required date format. This is an area where users sometimes make mistakes because it is asking for US date format.

Account information: Provide as much accurate information as possible. If you genuinely don't know an answer, it is better to leave it blank if allowed rather than guess.

Device and location: If possible, complete the form using a computer, Wi-Fi network, and location you normally use to access your account. This may help Microsoft recognize your usual sign-in activity.

    ============================

Also, to avoid any misunderstanding or false expectations, I'm an independent community user. I can help you navigate and make sure you are using the right tool/resources, but I don't have access to your account and cannot manually recover or unblock it. The final decision is made by the account security review team, so I cannot guarantee the outcome.

Microsoft Support also cannot bypass the required account verification or reinstatement process.

Lastly, please don't share any passwords, verification codes, or other private account information here, as this is a public forum.

If an unfamiliar alternate email now appears on the Microsoft account, treat the account as compromised and secure it immediately.

    1. On the PC used with that account, run a malware scan before changing anything:
      • Open Virus and threat protection.
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
      • This matters because changing the password first is not enough if malware is still present.
    2. Check whether the account is still accessible:
      • Go to the Microsoft account Security basics page.
      • Select Review activity and inspect recent sign-in attempts.
      • If any activity is not recognized, expand it and select This wasn't me or Secure your account.
    3. If sign-in still works, change the password immediately:
      • From Security basics, select Change password.
      • Use a strong new password.
    4. Review account settings that attackers commonly change:
      • Check connected accounts.
      • Check forwarding.
      • Check automatic replies.
      • Remove anything unfamiliar.
    5. If sign-in does not work, use Microsoft’s recovery flow:
      • Start with the sign-in helper tool for hacked or compromised accounts.
      • If prompted during sign-in, select Forgot my password and then I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.
    6. Add or verify security info after access is restored:
      • Add an alternate email address and mobile phone number that are actually controlled by the account owner.
      • This helps with future recovery.
    7. If the account cannot be recovered through self-service, contact Microsoft Support using another Microsoft account and use Contact Support.

Do not post passwords, verification codes, payment details, or unknown recovery addresses publicly.
