Copilot won't work on office apps while using any apple product (Macbook, Mac mini, etc). It won't even work through the web browser. Licence is up to date and refreshed. Experiences are enabled. Privacy is correct etc. I'm signed into my private account and signed out of the work account. It will work if I use the work account only online, but not through the apps on the Mac. It used to work before the upgrade in the MacOS.

    Dear Graeme Randall,

I'm sorry to hear Copilot stopped working after your macOS upgrade.

Based on your description, Copilot works in the browser with your work account, but not in the Microsoft 365 apps on your Mac or with your personal account.

If that is the case, please let me know some information:

    1. Is the issue limited to your Apple devices only? Have you tried Copilot on a non-Apple device (for example, a Windows PC) with the same account, and does the issue also occur there?
    2. What exactly do you see when Copilot fails? For example, is the Copilot button missing, or does an error message appear? If there is an error, please share the exact text.
    3. Which version of macOS and which version of the Microsoft 365 apps are you using?

Thank you very much for your valuable time and your cooperation. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
