Title: Can an unregistered individual developer in Japan sell paid apps on Microsoft Store?

Hello,

I am an independent app developer living in Japan.

I have already registered and verified an Individual developer account in Microsoft Partner Center.

I have also registered my Windows application, "Super Music Player (S-MP)", and configured a paid Premium add-on.

I developed this application personally, independently of my employer.

I am not incorporated, and I have not filed a sole proprietorship registration in Japan.

After reviewing the Microsoft Store App Developer Agreement, I would like clarification on the following questions:

Can I sell an independently developed app and paid add-ons using my existing Individual developer account?

If a Company developer account is required, can a Japanese individual without corporate registration or sole proprietorship registration obtain one?

What documents would be required in my situation?

If I must create a Company account, can my existing app registration and add-on be transferred to it?

I would like to comply fully with Microsoft's policies before publishing my app.

I have already contacted Microsoft Store support several times, but I have not received a response. I am also unable to create a support ticket because of an Engage Center sign-in issue.

Could a Microsoft representative please clarify the requirements or direct me to the appropriate team?

Thank you.
