As stated. Can't access files in onedrive from PC. 3rd time in 2 weeks... Last time I did a witches brew of login. logout/reset/resintalls.

Cannot get any support. Zero, just go around and Circles with 18 chat bots.

would cancel and demand credit card refund right now but have family account with people using office and don't wan't them cut off.

Last straw. will be moving them off of office no matter what.

Perfect. Let us start from scratch and see if that helps.

    #1:

    1. Click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar (bottom-right corner, near the clock).
    2. Click the Gear icon (Settings), then select Settings.
    3. Go to the Sync and backup tab and click Manage backup.
    4. Toggle off the Desktop, Documents, and Pictures folders.

    #2:

    • In that same OneDrive Settings menu, go to the Account tab.
    • Click Unlink this PC and confirm. This completely detaches the shared account from the new laptop.

    #3:

    1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
    2. Go to Apps > Installed apps.
    3. Search for Microsoft OneDrive.
    4. Click the three-dot menu next to it.
    5. Select Uninstall and confirm.

    #4:

    Download and install from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=2182910&clcid=0x4009&culture=en-in&country=in

reconfigure it and let me know please.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

Thank you Pete, so some program is randomly generating those files causing this issue. We need to stop that to fix the issue.

Do you have the path to the files that it is syncing?

If you click the folder name, it should lead you to that path.
