Yes—Xbox Game Pass may be eligible for a refund, depending on when it was purchased and canceled.
For Microsoft subscriptions, a refund is generally available if the subscription is canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever comes first. A refund of the most recent recurring billing charge may also be available if canceled within 30 days after payment, limited to one time per Microsoft account per subscription product.
For Xbox-related purchases, use the Xbox refund flow:
- Go to the Xbox support page to Request a refund for digital games and sign in.
- Select the Game Pass charge and choose Request a refund.
- Enter the reason for the request and select Next.
- Review the details and select Submit.
After submitting:
- Refund requests can take up to 72 hours to process.
- If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method in 3–5 business days.
- Refund status can be checked in Xbox order history or, for eligible subscriptions, on Microsoft account Order history.
If online return options are not available in the market, contact Sales support.
