I have two desk monitors. The left side has microsoft outlook emails. When I click on it, on my right screen a tiny 1 inch square of that email opens up and I have to click on it to maximize it. WHY?? and when I respond to an email, it opens up to a tiny box, so once again, I have to click on it to make it full screen.

I looked up past similar issues and none of those suggestions work for me.

Anyone else struggling with this? and this is a rather recent pain in the bumm issue. please HELP.

    Hi!

The window is being restored at a very small size. Even if you maximize it afterward, Windows might not save that change. Try the following:

When this small window appears, instead of maximizing it, try resizing it by its corners. Move your mouse cursor over one of the corners of the window until a diagonal line with two arrows appears, as shown in the image below. Then, click and drag the mouse pointer (up or down) to increase the window's size.

If that doesn't work, I will need more information to assist you further. The issue could stem from the Outlook app itself, screen resolution settings, or Windows... Please answer the questions below so I can gather more details:

    1. Are you using "Outlook Classic" or the "New Outlook"? You can identify it by the icon, as shown in the image below:

    enter image description here

    1. Did the problem start after installing a new monitor, or perhaps a secondary monitor?
    2. Does the issue persist if you move Outlook to a different monitor than the one it usually opens on? Try closing Outlook, reopening it, and moving it to the other monitor—does the problem still occur? This test is important to determine if it is a resolution-related issue.
    3. It would also be helpful to know which solutions you have already tried, so we can avoid repeating steps.
