I have Microsoft Business premium with copilot license, the license is saying that it will get renewed on 17 July 2027. and it is annual subscription that gets paid monthly. now when i tried to cancel this subscription as this was added by an employee by mistake, since we already have copilot add-on + MS business premium as separate licenses, so this license "Microsoft Business premium with copilot license" is duplicate . so how i can cancel it so i do not have to pay any monthly fees for it before 17 July 2027??

Thanks

    Hi john john Pter,

I understand your concern about being charged for a subscription that may have been added by mistake.

Before we continue, could you please confirm whether the subscription was purchased with a personal Microsoft account or a work/business account?

You can check this by visiting Microsoft account Services & subscriptions. If the subscription appears there, please let us know its displayed name and status, but do not share any payment details, order numbers, subscription IDs, or other personal information.

If the subscription is managed by your organization or does not appear on that page, please let me know as well so I can direct you to the appropriate support channel. Thank you so much for your understanding.
