I have bought a game and i can’t log in to it I have errors like 0x80048820 and more…

Dear microsoft employee,

Sunday 25 oktober I bought a game named Minecraft for 29,99 euros

I could play for 2 days and after I couldn’t log in on Minecraft and I had errors like:

  • 0x8007003B
  • 0x8000000D
  • 0x80048820 And I couldn’t play Minecraft anymore. I tried everything, more than 100 things to fix it, in total I spend like 10 hours. Today I gave up and deleted my pc account and made it again. I logged in to Minecraft launcher but I don’t had Minecraft Java anymore

It glitched and I payed 29,99 euros for it.

I’ve got a mail from it 25 oktober and it says that I bought it, but if I go to my Microsoft account and I look what I have bought I don’t see anything.

This is the ordernumbre ( I don’t know the English word the Dutch word is ordernummer )

    Hello, I’m Virginia. I’m not a Microsoft employee but another user.

    Did you delete your account from the PC only or completely via Microsoft’s website?

    If you recreated it then it’s most likely a new account with the same email address, you need to sign in with the original account to reactivate it then the game should show as purchased. You have 30 days to reactivate the account.

    The first error refers to network problems so did you try restarting the modem/router & your PC?

    The last error suggests the problem is on Microsoft’s end.
