A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi @Evan
There's no direct link straight to a human agent. Microsoft routes everyone through the same Get Help step first, but it does hand you over to a person when self-help doesn't solve it. Here's the quickest path for OneDrive:
- Go to support.microsoft.com/contactus and sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the OneDrive.
- Select Get help, then describe the problem in a short sentence that starts with "OneDrive", for example "OneDrive files not syncing".
- When the suggested articles appear, choose the option that says they didn't help. You'll then be offered Contact Support, which opens a chat with an agent where your product supports it.
On a phone, you can also open the OneDrive app and gently shake the device. Microsoft documents this as a way to reach OneDrive support from mobile.
A tip that saves time with the agent: have the exact error message, the date it started, and the device type ready. Please don't post your email address or account details here.
What's the OneDrive problem you need help with? If you share it, I may be able to help you sort it out here first.
If this gets you through to an agent, please consider accepting it as the answer. If the Contact Support option doesn't appear, let me know and I'll be happy to keep helping.
