A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
Hi @Nikhil
That message usually means the portal is looking at the wrong billing scope, or at an account type that doesn't have a credits page. A few quick checks usually sort it out:
- Check the billing account type. Search for Cost Management + Billing, open Settings > Properties, and look at the account type. The credits page only exists for Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) accounts.
- Pick the right scope. On the Billing scopes page, select the MCA billing account or billing profile that holds the credit (use Switch scope if the portal jumps straight into an old one). Then open Billing > Payment methods > Azure credits.
- Check your role. You need at least Reader on that billing account or billing profile. Being Owner on the subscription alone isn't enough to see credits.
- Give new credit time. Microsoft notes newly added credit can take up to 24 hours to appear.
If your account isn't MCA (for example, a free account or a sponsorship/credits offer), there's no credits tab. Check the remaining credit on the subscription's Overview page, or in the Microsoft Azure Sponsorships portal for sponsorship offers.
If none of this works, open a billing support request in the portal (Help + support). Billing support is free on every plan.
Which kind of Azure account is this: a free trial, student/sponsorship credits, or a pay-as-you-go/MCA account?
If you can see your credits after this, please consider accepting it as the answer. If the message still appears, let me know and I'll be happy to keep helping.
