I am scheduling 30 people and need to collect from each person a "Y" or "N" to let me know whether they are available to be scheduled on specific days and times. I currently use the form below for each person where they remove a "Y" for days and times that they are not available to be scheduled.

I think that you can replicate that form using Microsoft Forms (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/online-surveys-polls-quizzes) + Likert questions
