Why is it very hard to get microsoft partner support or submitting a ticket? in 2026!

this is my issue my Microsoft Store developer account is Individual, and my tax residence is the UAE. I am not VAT-registered and have no VAT number. The tax profile requires “Tax ID type,” but only offers “VAT number.” How should I complete the profile as a non-VAT-registered individual?

I struggled for more than an hour trying to find where I can submit a ticket, couldn't find anything your ai assistant can't help, it sends me back to engage centre which I don't have any access to!.

I honestly can't understand this policy, I have an app already on the store with thousands of downloads setting my second app its paid I have to update the tax info which I stated the issue above.

please provide assistance.
