I have a windows 11 PC. I initially got this error code when I tried to open an excel file and discovered that no microsoft 365 files would open. Uninstalled Microsoft 365 and now cannot reinstall. Any attempt to download the setup exe file fails and a previous historic version also gives the same error code. I have run command prompt DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth but still no change

Thanks for your response. Microsoft support accessed my PC to resolve the issue in the end as could not download any office setup files. Appears to have been an office365 issue and far to complicated for me to elaborate on. I do appreciate your response to assist.

Any attempt to download the setup exe file fails
Please follow the steps in the following link to download OfficeSetup.exe from Microsoft:
Download, install, or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2024 on a PC or Mac | Microsoft Support
If you've already tried that, tell me what happens when you download or run OfficeSetup.exe. Also, post a screenshot of the error message dialog so I can determine whether it's a Windows or Office module.
