    Hello,

    Is your OneDrive Account Frozen?

    With a Microsoft Account, you get 5GB of OneDrive and 15GB of Outlook email storage. If you exceed any one of the storage limits, you won't be able to sync any OneDrive files or send/receive emails.

    Open any web browser.

    Go to https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage

    *Take a screenshot of the page and upload it here for reference.

    User's image (Upload an image icon)

    This will let me know whether you have exceeded the Storage limit and your account has been put into a frozen state.

    OneDrive is one of the features of your Microsoft account.

    Open any web browser on any computer and go to your OneDrive [ https://onedrive.live.com ].

    Sign in with the username and password for the Microsoft account which has your OneDrive.

    Can you see your files?
